My name is Lisa Farrar and it's no secret that I have a deep passion for health and wellness. That passion runs so deep that I wanted to be able to help others reach their health goals too, so I went to school and became a health coach! After overcoming several years of her own battle with digestion and weight issues, Lisa found her passion empowering other women to do the same for themselves through health coaching. Lisa's specialty is supporting busy women that feel stuck and frustrated, to take that next step on their own path to wellness. Whether your ultimate goal is weight loss, to relieve digestion troubles, managing everyday stress, or simply improving energy levels, by working with Lisa, you get a personalized plan that gives you the ability to regain control over your health for good.

Hello, I’m Lisa Farrar and I’m a life and health coach who’s passionate about helping women understand that being healthy doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming.

So many people believe they have to spend hours at the gym or in the kitchen making foods and doing things they won’t truly enjoy in order to be healthy and that simply isn’t the truth.

As a health coach, I strive to help women realize that subtle shifts in behavior can ultimately help you avoid disease and illness that are preventable through simple and basic lifestyle changes.

My life’s work is to help busy, modern women:

·         Understand how and where to get started with making healthy changes

·         Examine their health habits and understand what’s good and bad

·         Create a personalized plan for them to not only set goals but crush them

·         Learn how to maintain newly developed healthy habits so they become behaviors that happen
          naturally and last for good


We do this by looking at all areas of your life that play into your well being, I get to know you and your lifestyle to give you feedback that’s appropriate and unique to you. My ultimate goal is to help you live healthy, happy, full of energy, and avoid the scary but preventable diseases.

Why am I so passionate?

I spent years suffering from numerous digestion issues, constantly pushing myself to try every new fad/diet out there to get myself feeling good and on track again. I’ve seen people I love wind up with some serious and life-threatening diseases and it’s terrified me because I know I was on the same path. SCARY!!!

With so much information and so many tools out there, I know how confusing and challenging it can be to get started. It took me several years of research and trial & error to figure out how to heal myself and get on track.

That’s why it’s now my mission to help others understand that being healthy doesn’t have to be complicated or overwhelming, but that subtle shifts in behavior can ultimately help you avoid preventable diseases.

I’ve been successfully empowering women as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach since 2012 and recently completed a Mastery Transformation Coaching Method Certification (think health coach meets life coach all mixed into one).
