Super Simple Strawberry Jam

10-15 minutes


3- 1 pint mason jars


3 cups chopped fresh strawberries

3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

3 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup chia seeds


Place strawberries in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add maple syrup and stir. Allow strawberries to cook down (5-15 minutes). Remove from heat and add vanilla, then mix. Next, add chia seeds and mix well. Separate into glass mason jars and allow to cool completely. Store in fridge for 5-7 days or freeze.


*Don't forget to leave some space in the jars for the chia seeds to expand or if you intend to freeze

*Substitute any fruit for the strawberries to make alternative jam
