Favorite Salad Recipe

Prep Time

10 minutes




1 head chopped romaine lettuce

1/2 bell pepper, diced

Half of one small red onion, chopped

1 carrot, grated

1/4 cucumber, chopped

1 Tbsp shelled hemp seeds

1 Tbsp toasted sunflower seeds


1 Tbsp EVOO

1 Tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

1 tsp. raw, local honey

1/2 tsp. sea salt

Juice of 1 lemon


Add salad ingredients to bowl (feel free to add veggies of your choice). Mix dressing ingredients separately, whisk together, pour over salad. Enjoy!


I love to add seeds to this salad to give it some extra protein, especially hemp and sunflower seeds. The dressing goes great with any veggie combination.
