1 Dark Chocolate Bar (70% Cacao or higher)
1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
1-2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
1 Tbsp. Goji Berries
1 Tbsp. Pumpkin Seeds
1 tsp. Sea Salt
Melt coconut oil in small sauce pan over low heat setting, add maple syrup and cacao. Stir often until everything melts together. Pour melted chocolate onto small, rimmed baking sheet covered with parchment paper. While chocolate is still hot, sprinkle goji berries, pumpkin seeds, and salt on top. Place in freezer for approximately 10 minutes until chocolate sets up. Once chocolate has set up, remove from freezer and gently break apart into bite sized pieces. Enjoy!
The higher percentage of cacao, the more bitter your chocolate will taste. Adjust amount of maple syrup as needed. Alternatively, you can also use honey in place of maple syrup.
