Blueberry-Peach Crumble

5-7 Ripe Peaches, chopped

1 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries

2 Tbsp either Local Honey or Pure Maple Syrup (split)

1-2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 cup Walnuts

1/2 cup Pecans

1/2 cup Pitted Dates, soaked


Pit dates, cover with water, soak for minimum of 1 hour. In a medium bowl, combine fruit and 1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup, let sit for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, combine dates, nuts, cinnamon, and 1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup to food processor, blend until desired consistency.

Place fruit in serving dish, add crumble on top of fruit. Enjoy as is or top with Coconut Whipped Cream.


Replace peaches or blueberries with fruit of your choice.
