Banana Ice Cream

Peel and freeze bananas in advance. 1-2 bananas for 1-2 servings.

1-2 servings

Ingredients

Vanilla
1-2 frozen bananas (frozen in 1” pieces)
1 tsp vanilla
Small amount of unsweetened almond milk if desired but not necessary

Chocolate
1-2 frozen bananas (frozen in 1” pieces)
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup 100% cacao powder
1 Tbsp. almond butter
Small amount of unsweetened almond milk if desired but not necessary

Strawberry
1-2 frozen bananas (frozen in 1" pieces)
4-5 whole frozen strawberries
Small amount of unsweetened almond milk if desired but not necessary

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor. Mixture is finished processing when it has reached ice cream consistency. You may need to stop and push it down in the food processor a few times. Enjoy!

  • Add fresh fruit or hemp seeds to top
